These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Aafiyat Group.

Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations and mediation in Malaysia. If not resolved, the dispute shall be referred to and finally settled by arbitration in Malaysia in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules, unless otherwise required by law.
