JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Posting in social media :

  • Identify audiences and posting platform
  • Create and maintain a social media content calendar, including daily/weekly/monthly content schedules, to ensure consistent and engaging social media content is produced and published
  • Create and implement social media campaigns that align with the organization’s overall marketing and communications objectives
  • Optimize social media content for search engines and social media, using hashtags, descriptions, and other SEO techniques
  • Monitor and analyse social media metrics, such as audience engagement, reach, and conversion rates, to measure the effectiveness of social media content and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Stay current with emerging social media trends and tools, and explore opportunities for the organization to enhance its social media presence
  • Assist HOD for social media monthly report

Manage Digital Marketing – Live :

  • Execute a strategy for social media live events, such as live streaming, webinars, and live chats
  • Manage the logistics and technical aspects of social media live events, including equipment, scheduling, and hosting platforms
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales Channel, CASE, and agent to ensure that social media live events are integrated with overall marketing and communication strategies
  • Stay current with emerging social media live trends and tools, and explore opportunities for the organization to enhance its social media live presence

Manage Social Media Engagement :

  • Develop and implement social media campaigns that encourage audience participation and engagement
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the organization’s social media engagement efforts, including responding to comments, messages, and mentions in all social media platform
  • Conduct market research to understand audience needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers to enhance the organization’s social media presence
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure that social media messaging is aligned with overall organizational goals and messaging

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in communication, or any related field
  • 1-3 years experience in related fields
  • Fresh Graduate is welcoming
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Expertise in Social Media Platform.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
