JOB OVERVIEW:
The Manager of Information Technology (IT) is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and operations. This includes leading a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing IT strategies, ensuring the security and integrity of IT systems, and providing technical support to users.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage Automation Master Plan – Manage Automation Project Planning:
- Establish Automation Project’s objectives & TOR
- Work the general project schedule
- Solicit corresponding cost, time & resources
Manage Automation Master Plan – Manage Automation Project:
- Execute automation project plan
- Upgrade project progress as required
Manage Automation Framework Development – Framework Design:
- Draft Framework Blueprint
- Draft System Automation Design
Manage Automation Framework Development – System Development:
- Identify system automation goals & objectives
- Set system development plan
Manage System Automation Development – New Purchase:
- Prepare paperwork and detail specifications
- Monitor installations on purchase
Manage System Automation Development – New System:
- Conduct discussion on new system request
- Prepare and submit business requirement study (BRS) for user approval
- Conduct new system development
Manage System Handover:
- Conduct user acceptance test (UAT) session and sign off
- Conduct system training
- Request and conduct development in live environment
Manage Effectiveness Monitoring – Inquiries & Complaint:
- Investigate issues from inquiry/ complaint
- Advise/ rectify identified issues
Manage Effectiveness Monitoring – Monthly Report:
- Conduct department meeting
Manage System Improvement – Existing System:
- Take note on alert on request for support
- Conduct and update status of system support
- Request and conduct system support in live environment
- Notify requester that problem rectified
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT management roles, with a track record of successful leadership and project delivery.
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of IT disciplines, including networks, systems, and security.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 – RM5,000.00 per month
