JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

MANAGE AGENT RECRUITMENT :

Leads Management :

  • Checking leads from Fb Ads and Recruitment number

Prospecting & Closing:

  • Doing prospecting & closing for hot leads and warm leads
  • Engage leads to arrange for appointment either online or physical
  • Respond to all inquiry from all sources
  • Conducting surveys and searching for leads in areas that do not have agents or lack active agents in those areas.
  • Making visits to specific locations and subsequently scheduling appointments with the owners of shops or outlets
  • Creating initiatives for lead generation to further enhance opportunities for prospecting and closing deals

Manage New Agent:

  • Get details of new agent and register in system
  • Brief simple information about registration
  • Introducing new agents to Agent Development Team

Data Management Recruitment:

  • Updating and improve content or closing script and agents prospectus
  • Collect testimony of agents success

MANAGE SUPPLY CHAIN:

  • Manage Receiving
  • Manage Inventory
  • Manage Inventory Stock Movement Internal
  • Manage Dispose Material
  • Manage Stock Distribution (Smart Fulfilment)
  • Manage Stock Distribution (Agent)
  • Manage Inventory (Cycle Count)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Fresh graduate
  • Eager to learn
  • Familiar with Microsoft Software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM2,000.00 per month
